  • Age limit -22 years to 55 years
  • The category of the business should benefit the economy of New Brunswick.

  • Language proficiency in French and English with CLB5 and NCLC5 scores in the languages tests
  • A minimum of two years education in post-secondary level with ECA in case of education in the home country

  • The business must result in the creation of a minimum of two jobs in New Brunswick.
  • Ready to invest a minimum of $250,000 if taking over an existing business
  • Has a net worth of a minimum of $ 600,000

New Brunswick Skilled Workers with Employer Support

The stream focuses on high-skilled workers for the provincial nomination provided the worker has a New Brunswick employer’s valid job offer. The employment offer must be for one of the occupations from the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The applicant must demonstrate language proficiency in French or English (CLB Level 4).
